Do you feel like you're trying to complete a To-Do list that never ends? You think through your problems over and over again, but nothing changes. Maybe you are skeptical of therapy wondering if it will be worth it? Sarah (she/her) enjoys working with teens & adults in the Twin Cities, specializing in work with those who identify as perfectionists and overachievers. The clients I enjoy working with the most commonly face the following issues—-high stress environments, a loud inner critic/self-judgment, and struggle to feel good enough.
I am a relational, feminist therapist who values authenticity and a sense of humor in session. I invite you to say it like it is! I offer in-person, walk & talk, and virtual sessions. The modality I use most frequently is Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
I hold space without judgment in your session. I am able to provide high-quality therapy services by keeping my caseload small and carefully tracking client progress. Out of office, I enjoy being active with my family and dog, gardening, and cooking for others. I am a pickleball and Nintendo Mario Kart enthusiast.
