I work with women ages 18 and over, couples, and female teens. My clients tell me they feel seen and understood in my therapy room. My clients know that I am fully present with them, as we embark on the healing journey. I hold hope when they may have given up; I offer support and caring while the client discovers her innate ability to find the comfort and healing she never knew, but always possessed, within herself.
I do my best work with clients struggling with anxiety, relationship issues, and developmental trauma. I have been called an eclectic practitioner, using an assortment of modalities: Somatic Interventions, Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT/EFIT), IFS, DBT, ACT, AEDP, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT-tapping) and most of all, the therapeutic relationship.
I know it takes courage. The first step is hard. You may not believe you deserve support. You may push yourself to handle it on your own. But you don't have to. I look forward to accompanying you on a new path, as you learn that it's human to have needs. It's "normal" to want things. Together we can work to create a better, more serene life for you.
