Groups
DBT group for Adolescent and Parents
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy has been found to be effective for self-destructive behaviors (self-harm, suicidal ideology, eating disorders, substance abuse, anxiety, major depression, PTSD related with childhood sexual abuse, Bipolar disorder, ADHD, and more. In DBT, skills are taught to bring together self-acceptance and to change negative behaviors in order to bring about positive changes. Insurances can be billed, and private pay is available. Group is held in person Wednesdays at 7pm. A new module will occur each month. There is a DBT parent group that is held virtually at 7pm the 3rd Thursday of the month. Please email to sign up.

Women's Therapeutic book group: Starts June 2

Parent Support Group: Anxious Generation
This group is geared toward parents who want to gain more support and knowledge around the increase in anxiety and depression among youth and its correlation to environmental factors, while developing tools and knowledge to increase more play-based parenting/childhood. The group will use the book Anxious Generation as a guide for discussion. Please email for additional information or to get added to the group list.
