People come to therapy for many different reasons. Perhaps you wish to know yourself better or to understand what is happening in your relationships. Sometimes depression or anxiety become unmanageable. Emotional pain and suffering are normal aspects of life but it is possible to achieve a more balanced and resilient emotional state and more fulfilling relationships.
As a therapist my goal is to help people make lasting and positive changes to their lives. My style is collaborative, warm and non-judgmental. I encourage my clients to explore how their past experiences and relationships are impacting their lives and the role they play in the present.
I have over ten years of professional experience working with adult clients with diverse backgrounds and identities. Problems I have experience addressing include depression and anxiety, loneliness and isolation, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, reproduction and parenting issues.
