The world we live in is complicated. Many of us are faced with uncertainty and harsh demands. It's often hard to function under so much pressure. My aim is to provide you with a nonjudgmental, supportive environment and to help you understand and face your challenges. I am a licensed clinical social worker with a Masters degree from the university of Southern California. I have over 15 years of experience working with families and adults of all ages. I work with a wide array of clinical issues including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorder, and relational difficulties.
I am an involved, caring therapist and believe in the therapeutic importance of fostering a strong trusting relationship with my clients. My style is non-formal, vocal , and collaborative. I focus on clients' current circumstances and distinct individual needs. I see clients in person or via video sessions.
