Hello. My name is Penny, and I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of California. I am here to support you on your journey toward healing and growth. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. I work with adults, adolescents, teens, and couples; and I offer a compassionate and client-centered approach.
I enjoy working with a variety of populations. I have an extensive history of working with children and families. I love working with people who are in transition in their lives.
