I help clients cope with mental illness & life events. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance & commitment therapy, as well as providing psychoeducation. I will teach you coping skills to give you the best opportunity to succeed. Counseling sessions will consist of identifying problem areas, processing them, & making a treatment plan accordingly.
