Dealing with challenges whatever they are, we humans all need support at various times in our lives, and having an unbiased, compassionate person to talk to sometimes makes all the difference. I will provide you a safe space online and work hard to meet your needs. I offer telehealth at this time through secure video, so see me from the comfort of your home!
During my therapy work for 25+ years I have found that an eclectic approach generally works best, to tailor suit my treatment strategies to your needs. Believing we are all a part of our given environment and life experiences, I am a holistic systems thinker, using intuitive, client centered CBT, solution focused, contextual, mindfulness, EFT etc therapy.
As a deeply empathetic person in general, I find great joy in supporting others to optimize their innate health and wellbeing through a mindful, compassionate therapy approach and help make hearts sing. I come with a genuine interest in and care for my fellow humans (and animals) and think you will find me grounded, easy to talk to and worthy of your trust.
