During my therapy work over the years, I have found that an eclectic approach generally works best, to tailor suit my treatment strategies to your needs. Believing we are all a part of our given environment and life experiences, I am a holistic systems thinker, using intuitive, client centered CBT, solution focused, contextual, mindfulness, EFT etc therapy.
As a deeply empathic person in general, I find great joy in supporting others to optimize their innate health and wellbeing through a mindful, compassionate therapy approach with the goal to make hearts sing.
