One of the few constants in life is change. If you are in a period of transition you may be feeling confused, anxious, or depressed, and alone with your struggles. Transitions, while challenging and often stressful, with good professional support can be opportunities for true personal growth and transformation. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental and confidential place for us to explore together how best to help you to feeling better.
I believe there is no one single type of therapy that works for everyone so I have an eclectic approach and use my many years of extensive training and experience to find what will most help you. There is much more information about how I work on my website.
