I have experience working with women who are struggling with life transitions, anxiety, depression, stress and trauma. I provide therapy for adults and older adults. I've been working in mental health for 10+ years. I love what I do and am honored to work with people brave enough to face their issues. I’ve been trained in multiple therapy modalities and regularly attend continuing education to expand my skills and knowledge base.
