Hello! My therapy practice focuses primarily on work with adults and teens with diverse neurotypes. I have specialized training and experience supporting individuals, couples, and families with ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, Sensory Processing issues, Intellectual or Developmental disabilities, among other neurotypes. As a neurodivergent therapist myself, my lived experience helps me empathize and relate while supporting through a neuro-affirming lens to combat stigma and ableism. My goal is assist my clients in becoming their most authentic unmasked self. I am EMDR certified and trauma informed.
In addition to my training and experience working with people and families with different neurotypes, I also have experience working with adolescents struggling with self-harm, body image issues, perfectionism, and self-esteem issues. For adults, I have experience working with burn-out. I am certified in EMDR and an Autism Informed Clinical Specialist.
My goal is to create a safe, accepting, and welcoming space for people to feel free to accept themselves as they are. It is a place to challenge your thoughts and beliefs in a non-judgmental, affirming, and validating way.
