God called me into the counseling field to walk with you through the painful areas of your life! I am well-trained in psychological techniques and approaches! In addition, I have a special love and compassion for people, and utilize a Biblical and Christ-centered approach.

My hope for all clients is that we discover together the imbalance, be it emotional, spirtiutal, or psychological that continues to challenge our well-being. We then work in concert together to integrate balance as a daily, conscious practice.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas, and I received my Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from UT Southwestern, graduating in 2016. I have experience as a crisis counselor for the community helping children, teens, and adults experiencing suicidal/homicidal ideation. In private practice, I assist individuals suffering from a variety of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, PTSD, life adjustment issues, personality disorders, and various family issues.
