Hi, my name is Penélope and I’m a somatic psychotherapist. Since the 90s I’ve been a counselor working from a trauma transformational perspective. I’ve served children, youth, couples, and families and continue to! Over the years I have gained specialized skills to integrate the body into the work of healing so that all of you is included.
