About
Life is for living, not just existing or enduring. Psychotherapy affords us the opportunities to gain the awareness we need to live the life we seek. When we stop living out of fear, but learn that we have the strength to move through adversity, that’s when doors open up. Struggle no longer becomes something to avoid or to fear, but rather an opportunity for growth, enabling us to find out who we truly are, who we truly want to be, and how we truly want to live. You don’t have to have the answers before coming into treatment, just allow yourself the opportunity to find your potential by making the decision to start the process.
In our work together, we will look at the impact of experiences on shaping thoughts and feelings, and the strategies employed to cope. New insight affords the opportunity to see new perspectives, to make new choices, and to cope more effectively, leading to a healthier, more fulfilled you.
I have been a licensed psychologist for over 16 years serving inpatient, outpatient, and partial hospitalization communities in the Riverside area. I provide individual and couples psychotherapy with a focus on adults and adolescents, across a wide spectrum of symptoms, diagnoses, and issues. I look forward to an opportunity to assist you in your growth.
