I love working with new Moms and Dads on their journey in parenthood. It is my passion to support new parents make sense of this major life transition and all that comes with bringing baby home. Perhaps you had a difficult pregnancy or traumatic birth. Or, your experience of having a baby brings anxiety, sadness, irritability, obsessive thoughts or loneliness. Becoming a parent also comes with an incredible identity shift. You are not failing, you are not alone, you are doing your best, and with help you will feel better. Relief is possible with the right support.
I offer virtual sessions from the comfort of your own home. Sessions are typically 50 minutes long. I utilize various Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Somatic techniques to assist you in your healing process. I am also certified in Perinatal Mental Health and utilize the latest research in treating pregnant and postpartum folxs.
I see our work together as a collaborative process. Therapy is a wonderful time to pause, explore, reflect, and gain perspective. I am here for you and I will create a non-judgmental, safe environment during our time together.
