I have a special interest in working with people struggling with infertility, high risk pregnancy, pregnancy and infant loss, and adjusting to parenthood.
I also have great interest in working with individuals that have endured medical treatments and need support building a life that looks different than you had anticipated.
I offer a safe, non-judgmental environment to explore and process life’s difficulties. I use a wellness approach and a variety of methods to support you and create healthy coping skills on your journey including person centered approach, trauma informed, mind/body, relaxation, CBT, and more.
