As a bilingual counselor, I provide counseling in both English and Spanish. I use an integrative and person-centered therapeutic approach and incorporates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Exposure Therapy into my practice. I provide a uniquely tailored approach for each individual client.
