I specialize in working with first responders and veterans. I have extensive experience working with those experiencing anger, depression, anxiety, trauma, and addictions. I am a US Navy veteran and retired law enforcement. I don't judge and nothing you say will shock me. My biggest strength is authenticity and loyalty. Being a first responder and/or a veteran breeds a sense of self-reliance and the mindset of being able to take care of anything thrown at us. You're mental health is no exception. You've got this.
What to expect: During our first session, we'll conduct intake and pinpoint your most pressing concerns. We'll meet regularly, then after a while, we will adjust to you seeing me on an as-needed basis if you'd like. As with your medical primary care physician (PCP), I'd like for you to consider me as your PCP for mental health needs.
I offer both day and early evening hours and am exclusively virtual. This allows you the freedom to attend sessions when and where it's convenient for you as well as eliminates the additional time commitment required for travel to and from a traditional office setting.
