I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families who are struggling through painful life experiences and transitions, who may feel stuck or hopeless. We both bring our expertise to help you get to where you want to be: you bring your expertise about yourself -your strengths, and the ways you typically act; I bring my expertise in healing, growth, change and human development. Together we work toward more hopeful outcomes.
I am comfortable working with people from a variety of backgrounds. If spirituality is something you desire to bring into your therapeutic journey, I am also a Spiritually Integrated Psychotherapist. I have served as a hospital, hospice, and YMCA chaplain.
