I have over 30 years of experience in the field of mental health care with an emphasis on wellness, having studied nutritional and integrated medicine for mental health. For 20 years I have served as a Field Instructor, providing clinical supervision to therapists in training, ensuring I keep up with the latest research and best practices.
While my primary treatment focus is grounded in cognitive behavior therapy, I tailor my approach to best meet the unique needs and aspirations of each individual.
