I believe healing begins when we shift the question from "What's wrong with me?" to "What happened to me?" This perspective creates space for curiosity, self-compassion, and lasting change. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where every part of your story is welcomed with respect and without judgment. Rather than trying to "fix" you, I help you reconnect with your innate resilience and capacity for healing, growth, and meaningful change.

My practice integrates evidence-based trauma therapies with holistic approaches to support healing of the mind, body, and spirit. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed therapy, chakra-informed energy work, and Induced After-Death Communication (IADC)
