I believe healing begins by shifting the question from "What's wrong with me?" to "What happened to me?" Together, we'll create a safe, compassionate space where every part of your story is welcome. My role is not to fix you—you are not broken—but to help you reconnect with your own capacity to heal, grow, and move forward. Whether you're grieving someone you love, healing from trauma, living with chronic illness, or simply longing to feel more like yourself again, you don't have to navigate it alone. Healing is possible, and it begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and understood. I am honored to walk alongside you on that path.

My practice integrates evidence-based trauma therapies with holistic approaches to support healing of the mind, body, and spirit. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed therapy, chakra-informed energy work, and Induced After-Death Communication (IADC)

I primarily work with adults ages 25 and older who are living with chronic pain or illness, terminal illness, grief and bereavement, developmental and complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and spiritual or existential concerns. I also support individuals who are seeking deeper meaning, navigating life transitions, and exploring those connections.
