I’m a Licensed Independent Social Worker with over 40 years of experience in behavioral health and wellness. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with young children, adolescents, families, and older adults during times of crisis, grief, and major life transitions. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, stress, infidelity, trauma, and women’s issues. I understand how life can challenge us and recognize the unique perspectives and strengths that women bring to the therapeutic process.
I earned my Master of Social Work from The Ohio State University and draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), compassion-focused therapy, attachment-based therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and end-of-life/hospice care.
