I help clients with anxiety, stress, and depression; codependency and boundary difficulties, ; affect regulation; stressful life transitions; and adult and childhood trauma, I use an integrated approach that includes attention to attachment patterns, implicit body memory, core beliefs, and patterns from the past that are not working for you now.
