This stress of the last year was unimageable.. But life has a way of presenting us with unexpected or chronic challenges often leaving us feeling anxious, depressed, lonely, confused and frustrated we can't seem to change it. With over 25 years experience I welcome the opportunity for us to work together to help you successfully work through these feelings and bring your life back to where you want it. I have extensive experience working with addiction, both with individuals suffering from this disease and those family or friends impacted by it; relationship problems, and changes in life circumstances.
Therapy is an interactive and collaborative process and the interventions utilized are determined by the individual or couple I am working with and the issues presented. I do utilize cognitive behavioral therapy techniques especially for anxiety and depression but overall strive to increase self awareness, understanding and resilience.
