I am a sincere, compassionate, active listener, who is honest, non-bias, non-judgmental, and empathetic. I am here to support you as you navigate change. My approach to therapy is collaborative, educational, and informative. Using evidence-based practices, in a comfortable, safe environment we can explore options to find solutions to your challenges.
