Welcome to my therapy practice! I am a therapist with over 35 years of experience helping individuals and couples achieve a greater sense of well being and fulfillment in their lives. I believe my role as therapist is to provide a safe, supportive, non-judgmental, and confidential relationship in which we can work collaboratively to understand your current concerns and challenges, then identify and work toward goals and steps for achieving positive change. I am devoted to the individuals I work with and consider it a privilege to have an active role in their pursuit of a more gratifying life.
In addition to working with individuals, I have specialized training and expertise in couples therapy. I believe that secure, nurturing relationships offer us a sense of stability, connection, and strength needed in dealing with the challenges and opportunities of life. I work with couples to achieve deeper understanding and connection.
