If you’re feeling anxious, depressed, or overwhelmed by grief, trauma, or relationship stress, you don’t have to face it by yourself. I will work with you and support you. My clients often come to me feeling disconnected, unsure how to move forward. They long for peace and happiness. Therapy can be scary. Opening up to a complete stranger and entrusting her with your secrets and fears takes a lot of courage. I will be there with you, stand by your side and help you uncover your hidden strengths.
In our sessions, I listen intently to what is being said, and what is being hushed over. I will gently probe and inquire, paying attention to signs of discomfort and stress. I give feedback, and will help you develop insight and awareness into your problems. And you will learn new ways to deal with life's ups and downs.
