Peggy Healy
Clinical Social Work/Therapist, MS, LCSW
Life brings many changes, and sometimes these changes can throw us off track. It helps to talk with someone who is objective in order to gain perspective, sort through what is confusing, and identify new ways of thinking, feeling and behaving. Are you struggling to cope with stress, life change, sadness or depression, loss, relationship issues or other such challenges? Would you like to break old habits and learn new ways to cope? I can be your co-pilot.
I consider myself to be a generalist, and enjoy working with people from all walks of life, utilizing a systems focused, strengths-based approach to therapy. I have a strong background working with women and families during the childbearing years, which is a time that brings great change for everyone.
My experience working therapeutically in clinical settings stretches back more than a decade. I have been fortunate to work with a diverse population that crosses all cultural and economic backgrounds and consider myself to be caring, fair, open, and eager to help.
