I am truly honored by the vulnerability and courage it takes to begin the journey of self exploration. I aim to provide a safe space for clients to explore areas of challenge, growth and change. I utilize a range of therapeutic approaches to best meet the individual needs of each client. I view therapy as a collaboration, where we create and define goals, reviewing and refining during our work together.
I work with adults, adolescents and parents. I specialize in Trauma, ADHD, Neurodivergence, Parenting, Anxiety, Depression, relationship issues, and identity development. I work from a trauma informed and strengths based lens. Therapeutic modalities I draw from include psychodynamic psychotherapy, CBT, ACT, DBT, Mindfulness and EMDR.
