I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor, an Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and a Certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapist and Consultant with over 40 years of combined experience in counseling and integrated therapy.

My training in the areas of counseling, trauma, addiction (substance and behavioral), bodywork, energy work, mindfulness technique, teaching, coaching, mediation, crisis advocacy support, and business management all influence my therapeutic style.
