Finding it difficult to heal from painful memories, distressing emotions, anxiety, or losses? Trouble coping with current stressors? I have 20+ years of experience in which I have been privileged to witness the transformational power of therapy to bring healing and growth to my clients. I offer a variety of treatment approaches but also know that the quality of the relationship with your therapist is the most important factor for a positive outcome. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space in which to address your issues and respect for your right to set your goals for therapy.

I specialize in trauma therapy with training in EMDR and extensive experience helping clients heal from childhood abuse or neglect, sexual abuse or domestic violence. However, I have a broad background in my clinical experience and also welcome those who are struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, low self esteem, health and life challenges.
Know that you are not alone. Anyone can experience times in which they feel stuck and in need of help. Therapy can help you overcome your obstacles, reduce your emotional distress, clarify your decision making or help you learn things you might not have been taught in the past. I would welcome your call to discuss how I might be able to help you.
