We all crave connection, freedom, peace and a sense of worth and belonging and we all go through periods of struggling to find wholeness. I see therapy as a partnership where I work to support you on your particular path towards healing, wholeness and thriving in your relationships. I believe my most important task is creating safety within the therapeutic encounter so that my clients have a place where they can vulnerability heal. I believe the fit between therapist and client is essential so I always offer a complimentary in person consultation so you can meet me to see if this is the right place for your emotional investment.

I work with individuals, couples and children/teens and specialize in: 1) Food and Body issues (compulsive, emotional & binge eating, chronic dieting, negative body image) 2) Destructive relationship patterns (Power imbalance, Emotional Abuse, Boundaries) 3) Healing Childhood Attachment Wounds 4) Depression 5) Grief/loss/illness/transitions.

In addition to individual and couples therapy I teach a unique 12 session practice based curriculum to address compulsive & emotional eating, and body shame. It is based on years of research in to non-diet approaches, mindful & intuitive eating and the spiritual/emotional roots of overeating.
