I will help you explore ways to creatively express what is preventing you from living your life to the fullest. You will be invited to express you feelings in a safe and contained atmosphere on this journey toward integration and wholeness.
I have worked with adults who are physically and mentally challenged. I have facilitated creative groups using SoulCollage® and journaling to help you connect with your deeper parts. My professional and life experiences have allowed me to understand and nurture those gifts that lie deep within each of us. It is these gifts that define meaning in your life.
