I specialize in working with teens, adults, seniors, and families who are navigating anxiety, depression, and the lasting effects of trauma. Many of the challenges my clients bring into therapy are rooted in past experiences, including complex trauma.
I integrate a variety of therapeutic tools into my work, including breathing and mindfulness practices and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques. I support my clients with concerns such as relationship challenges, parenting stress, emotional regulation, anxiety in teens, and life transitions often experienced in later adulthood.
I provide supportive, grounded space for healing and growth across the lifespan, with strong emphasis on building trust and understanding your unique needs.
