I work with adults, either individually or as couples. Together, we process depression, infidelity, unresolved family of origin issues, job loss, grief, divorce, aging, long-term illness, parenting issues and other life stresses. Persons with heterosexual, or homosexual orientations are welcome. All cultures,races, religions are welcome.
My approach is holistic: your health, medications, exercise, sleep etc. may affect your mental and emotional wellness. I don't use psycho-babble. I listen more than I talk. I use analogies to explain ways of growing. I look to nature and your beliefs to guide our work work together.
