We have the right to experience all the joys life offers. Depression, anxiety, and relationship problems make it difficult. I offer therapy for adolescents, men, women, couples and families. I will discuss your physical health, thought processes, family situation, emotional well-being, social context, and ways of coping. Every person has skills, interests and gifts. And everyone has the capacity to develop into a more fulfilled and happier person. Together we will create goals for you to have the best experience possible.

I work with children and adults using cognitive behavioral theory, psychodynamic therapy, communications theories, and family systems theories. I have worked with men and women's issues, such as depression, anxiety, relationship problems, marital problems, financial problems, vocational, parenting and self-esteem issues.

In addition to the rest of my practice, I also work with women who have had extra-marital affairs and with women whose partners have had extra-marital affairs.
