I work with Christians (ages 18–40) who feel trapped by guilt, anxiety, and painful relationship patterns. For my clients, faith is integral to life and compromising that isn’t an option. I’m here for those who want to address anxiety, OCD, or interpersonal struggles with an approach rooted in psychological science and grounded in a Christian worldview. Some come to me after a season of panic or anxiety, but most are ready to commit to long-term therapy that helps them truly understand themselves and find lasting relief.
I provide a calm, engaged presence that helps you feel safe to explore. I don’t promise quick fixes. What I offer is a goal-oriented relationship that helps you uncover the deeper “why” behind your patterns while creating real moments for change. I’ll walk with you through the unknown as we discover a healthier version of yourself.
