Are you seeking an Independent Medical Opinion/Nexus Letter? The entire process is through telehealth. I was trained by a psychiatrist who was also an attorney for two years after graduate school, which has come in handy. The process typically takes 7-14 days, and I work at your pace, as most Veterans have not asked for help.
The process is completed online at your own pace. Many providers require a one-time in-person session. Many people become overwhelmed by the process, which can negatively affect the person and the evaluation. I am versed in the VA and legal cases, including the language needed to help you get a high rating. The average rating I see is 70%.
