Hi, I'm Adam Pearson. I have a Master's in Clinical Psychology and was trained by a Psychiatrist for two years. I use a variety of techniques and tools. Therapy is typically 8-16 weeks; around eight weeks, your symptoms should go from Severe to Moderate, and 16-18 weeks, moderate to mild. I practice from a faith-based perspective, but all are welcome. You can text, call, or email; I typically see a new patient within 48-72 hours. I had PTSD, Depression, and OCD and am now free. I also specialize in Mental Health Evaluations for Veterans seeking benefits from the VA. Mental Health Evaluations are $500 for the entire process, most charge $1000-1500. I will work with your Prescriber, family, friends, support system, whoever is needed.

Groups
Retraining the Mind to think Healthy
This group focuses on teaching clients skills to retrain the mind to think healthy and manage emotions. I will help pts help each other in the process. Skills from various therapies such as CBT, DBT, EMDR will be used. Homework will be given to keep the therapy process going.

How to Overcome OCD and Panic Attacks
I help teach how to cope with panic attacks and Overcome them as well as learning to face Obsessions and Compulsions. Techniques from CBT, EMDR, Exposure Therapy and other therapies will be used as well as the group being a support system to help one another.
