About
I am passionate about working with individuals and couples, especially those with multicultural identities. I work well with clients who are struggling with life transitions, decreased self-worth and difficulties accepting recent challenges including grief, infidelity, unmet expectations and changing priorities.
I identify as first-generation AAPI immigrant and a Woman of Color, and weave those intersections and values of collectivism, community care and social justice into my therapeutic style, supporting my clients' dignity and narratives across their healing journey. I'm a great fit for clients who have trouble feeling like they 'belong' somewhere.
I am often told that almost nothing can phase me and I invite you as a client to reach out if you are looking for a non-judgmental, warm approach to your healing that centers your needs and priorities above all else. We will work together to identify limiting patterns and beliefs and develop coping strategies and catharsis.
