Inner exploration is not always easy and can be uncomfortable at times, but I would be honored to begin the journey with you. Collaboratively, we will identify the most pressing issues, discuss possible interventions, and find ways to reach your goals. Future clients should be comfortable using telehealth. Please remember that virtual therapy is convenient, but may not be suitable for those struggling with active psychosis or severe mental health disorders.

Though clinically trained in traditional modalities, I offer a unique experience to each client because there is no size fits all in mental health. You are worthy and deserve the support and care.
About me: I am a 2nd generation Chinese American with deep roots in the Asian community. I am fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese. Growing up in the melting pot of NYC, I have both extensive professional and lived experience working with individuals from all backgrounds and various marginalized communities.
