Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Philadelphia. I have experience working with adults in an inpatient and outpatient setting for individuals and groups. I utilize CBT, DBT, mindfulness, solution-focused, and narrative therapies. My treatment focus includes depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse use disorders. I especially enjoy working with women who can benefit from additional support to cope with daily health needs, self-worth, relationship issues, and building on their community resources.
I have over 15 years of experience in the behavioral health field, and I have found that treatment needs are individualized. I am great at providing a calm, confidential, respectful, supportive, and therapeutic environment for my clients.
