I pull from different tools and evidence-based approaches, tailoring what we do together to fit your goals and needs. My focus is helping you feel understood, supported, and empowered as you move toward real, lasting change.
I use EMDR (both standard and non-standard) and HeartMath to help people work through trauma and find calm again. I’ve also been trained in TF-CBT, Attachment-Focused EMDR, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, A.R.T., and Brain Wise, so I can pull from different tools to support what you need in a way that feels personal, safe, and real.
