As a Behavioral Health Therapist for more than 15 years, I feel passionate about assisting clients in the process of coming to know themselves better. I specialize in individual and family therapy for ages 16+ focusing on adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, phase of life changes, trauma, and couples counseling. I also have training in sports psychology and specialize in improving sports/professional performance.
As a therapist, I am humanistic at heart, meaning that you, the client are the center of the relationship. I work with warmth, positive regard, and place listening at the forefront of the therapeutic relationship. I have received specialized training in CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative therapy, Positive Psychology, and in Clinical Supervision.
