Hi there, I'm Jen and I am the owner of Peachy Keen Counseling LLC. Do you feel as if life keeps throwing you curveballs? Or do you feel as if you are still trying to find your path in life? Maybe you're feeling like you struggle to find balance in your life between work, school, relationships, or other obligations? Are you a parent and struggling with everything that entails? I am an LICSW that believes that you possess everything you need to build the life you love, we just need to dig it out. I am now taking new clients, 18 years or older only.
I utilize a variety of different treatment modalities based on your needs. A few favorites that I utilize frequently are cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and internal family systems therapy. I also provide education on and encourage mindfulness, grounding, journaling, and deep breathing.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming at times but I have a very easy going and warm personality that is easy to feel comfortable with. You will set the pace of therapy and always be in the driver's seat when you work with me.
