Anyone struggling with any compulsive, values-incongruent behavior can find freedom, intimacy, and healthy sex- (which can include kinky fun). My clients are stressed out busy adults and sometimes teens. I employ EMDR, talk therapy, mindfulness, outdoor therapy, somatic work and VR exposures to tailor treatment. My current personal passion is to encourage anyone that (despite their best efforts) is not living the life that they desire, to exclude ADHD from possible concerns with the objective QbCheck. Is isn't hyperbole to say that treating ADHD can save a life.
