My ideal clients are often deep feelers, overthinkers, cycle-breakers, helpers, and high-achievers who look like they are holding it together but feel overwhelmed inside. Many come to therapy feeling stuck in old patterns, relationship pain, trauma, anxiety, shame, or burnout. Together, we’ll look beneath the surface of your symptoms to understand the patterns, experiences, and protective responses that shaped them. I help clients connect the dots, understand their nervous system, process what feels unresolved, and build a more grounded relationship with themselves and others.
I specialize in trauma, anxiety, shame, attachment wounds, burnout, and relationship patterns. I offer EMDR, Brainspotting, IFS-informed therapy, somatic work, ACT, and a therapy space that is warm, honest, collaborative, and occasionally includes gentle humor when we need to breathe. I am currently learning coherence therapy and deep brain reorienting.
Reaching out can feel vulnerable, especially when you’re used to running on caffeine, people-pleasing, and sheer willpower—like many trauma survivors do. I’ll meet you with warmth, care, curiosity, and zero judgment. Groups
Coffee and Connection Group
Coffee & Connection is a supportive in-person group for adults 40+ navigating life transitions, stress, relationships, and the challenge of caring for everyone else while still figuring out yourself. Led by two warm, relatable therapists, the group focuses on stress management, healthier thinking, connection, relationships, and getting unstuck. Meetings are held every other week from 9–10:30 AM at Peace of Mind Wellness in Oconomowoc. Most insurance plans are accepted, and self-pay is available.
