Hello and Welcome to Peace of Mind and Wellness Counseling. We are a diverse group of Mental Health Professionals. We desire to work with individuals, families, and couples. PM&W has Barbara Sweatt Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Teresa Mitchell Licensed Professional Counselor, and Peggy Dunson Bower Licensed Professional Counselor. Each mental health care professional can work with individuals, couples, and families. We all work with children, teens, and adults. Our favorite clients are the ones who want to feel and do better in their lives. We look forward to seeing you.
Both in person and virtual sessions are available. Our team offers a variety of therapeutic services, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Reality Choice, Solution Focused, Person Centered and Family Systems. All Mental Health Professionals at PM&W strive to individualize treatment for your needs and specific problems & love to see progress!
