My name is Dr. Deginesh Worku or Dr. Dee. I’m a licensed mental health therapist with over 28 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. I work with people dealing with anxiety, depression, communication problems, trauma and life transitions ( e.g., adoption, immigration, divorce, loss, etc.) which can all cause overwhelming feelings leaving you unbalanced. I also specialize in cross-cultural / multicultural dynamics understanding the impact culture has on the way we navigate and process behaviors.
