Hi! I'm Stacey, I am a licensed clinical social worker and have been working in the mental health field, primarily in the outpatient setting for 14 years. At Peace in Wellness Counseling our goal is to promote wellness in all areas of your life. Mentally, physically, spiritually. Understanding it is all connected, I want to empower you to find peace in your past experiences that may be holding you back in life. To find strength and insight from your past while implementing a new perspective to your situation. To ultimately, gain skills and strategies to move forward in a life of wellness.
I specialize in working with adults, teens and adolescents dealing with a variety of issues; anxiety, depression, trauma, everyday stressors and struggles. I use a holistic approach and perspective using talk therapy, CBT, ARC and trauma informed practices.
